MIXED PILATES
Exclusive small group class, you will transition from mat to reformer to get the best of both worlds. You will work muscles you never knew you had all while maintaining correct alignment. Get ready to sculpt, tone and elongate your physique! No two classes are the same. Suitable for all levels.

REFORMER EXPRESS
For the busy bee who wants to get on the reformer, this 45 minute class is made for you. Elongate, strengthen, and tone your entire body while maintaining good alignment and saving time. No two classes are the same.
FUNDAMENTAL PILATES
This Mat and Reformer class is perfect for those who are new to Pilates. It focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements.

REFORMER FLOW
Open level 60 minutes Pilates class utilizing the reformer, mat and props. Elongate, Strengthen, and tone your entire body while maintaining proper alignment. No two classes are the same.


RESTORATIVE PILATES
Restorative Pilates is a class specifically designed to improve balance and flexibility. If you have back pain, knee injury or a stress related pain this is the class for you! The class is gentle but you continue to strengthen the deep core muscles. It’s also great for Pilates beginners, as it’s slower and more mindful to form, control & precision. We end this class with a mini massage. No two classes the same suitable for all levels.
YOGA
MIND-BODY AWARENESS WORKOUT THAT RESULTS IN FLEXIBILITY, BALANCE, RELAXATION, BODY ALIGNMENT AND STRENGTH.


BARRE
BALLET-INSPIRED WORKOUT THAT INCORPORATE ELEMENTS OF PILATES, YOGA AND STRENGTH TRAINING.
