Reformer Control (Beginners)
This class will help guide you using the reformer in the right way. The class focuses on improving the fundamentals of pilates, utilising breathing with control. With a focus on set up and form you will gain a new connection with your body. This class will move at a gentle pace to focus on functional movement and prepare you with a strong foundation and increased body awareness. The challenge of this class is in the slow and controlled movement, expect to be challenged by the basics.
This class features Intermediate level exercise progressions on the reformer. Class speed will vary from moderate to faster paced to strengthen and firm the body while improving posture, flexibility, balance and core development whilst having fun.
Reformer Flow is an energetic, high intensity with fast-moving class. Works your body with every exercise, mobility work, props & standing/balance exercises.The class flows more with less breaks and rest, this means that you are moving more and resting or pausing less (aka - more work!) Reformer Flow combination of non-stop movements and strength training will work your body to the max . No two classes are the same.
Considered to be the most challenging apparatus of Pilates equipment, the Pilates Chair utilizes traditional forms of the Reformer exercises enabling multi-planar movement with various spring resistances that effectively work the whole body with a special focus on building balance and strengthening the core, legs and shoulders..
This class is energizing, combining the resistance of the springs and bars of the tower with the precise movements of mat work to create a great workout.Offering a range of exercises only the Tower can provide providing added resistance for strengthening, toning and lengthening muscles.
Restorative Pilates is a class specifically designed to improve balance and flexibility. If you have back pain, knee injury or a stress related pain this is the class for you! The class is gentle but you continue to strengthen the deep core muscles. It’s slower and more mindful to form, control & precision. We end this class with a mini massage. No two classes the same suitable for all levels.
