That’s why if you ask us, we’ll always recommend you come to La Barre a minimum of two to three times per week. It's also essential to warm up before each session to prepare muscles for deeper stretches and to listen to your body's cues, avoiding pushing into pain and focusing instead on gradual progress and gentle stretching techniques.
