Our Story

La Barre was founded by Lojain in 2018, then the fitness industry was still growing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Lojain had a vision of creating a space for clients to experience the real essence of Pilates while maintain quality and exclusivity for its members. La Barre prides itself for being the first exclusive semi-private studio in the city. The studio grew in popularity organically with no marketing other than that of word of mouth from its beloved members.

Natalia's journey began with a Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy, followed by her comprehensive Pilates Instructor certification through Balanced Body. Combining 11 years of expertise, Natalia's unique blend of physiotherapy expertise and comprehensive Pilates certification allows her to create truly personalized sessions for everyone. Her bespoke sessions are meticulously crafted to meet your specific needs and goals, whether you're aiming for a stronger core, improved flexibility, pain management, or simply the joy of rediscovering movement. Natalia's expert guidance, passion, and compassionate approach ensure you feel supported and empowered throughout your journey. 
Beyond traditional Pilates exercises, Natalia incorporates her specializations in Manual Therapy and RPG (Postural Rehabilitation) to address postural imbalances and movement dysfunction. Her holistic approach considers the entire body-mind connection, ensuring sessions are not just physically beneficial, but also mentally and emotionally uplifting.

Bensu is a comprehensive Pilates instructor certified by Balanced Body with over 6 years of experience.

Alongside this, she is also a Franklin Method educator. In her teaching, she prioritizes a student - centered approach, focusing not only on

teaching Pilates, but also on helping individuals move and feel better. For Bensu, exercise is a way to express herself, and she brings a dynamic, energetic, and positive attitude to her classes. Her ultimate goal is to empower and support her students in their journey towards improved physical and mental well-being.

Lucy is a qualified Pilates and barre instructor from Body Control in London UK with 8 years of experience. Having transitioned to a career in fitness following her realization that she loved all things Pilates enough to pursue it professionally. She is experienced at working with special populations including pre/post-natal clients and older adults, and has a deep knowledge of anatomy and the musculoskeletal system thanks to her diploma and background as a Soft Tissue and Sports Massage Therapist. This skillset involves working to rehabilitate sports-related injuries, which pairs perfectly with implementing the principles of Pilates, particularly good alignment and posture. She is excited at the different challenge it brings to clients. Her enthusiasm for, and deep knowledge of the method, mean her classes are always varied and fun.
